The Atosa ESL3861 is a 1405mm countertop salad bar that holds 6 x 1/4 GN pans under a glass sneeze guard, a simple way to add a chilled topping or salad rail to an existing counter. Its slim 335mm depth leaves room on the bench for prep, and Atosa rates it for rooms up to 43°C. It sits between the 5-pan ESL3880 and the 7-pan ESL3883 in the 1/4 pan range.
