The Baron Q70SFT/E400 is a 400mm bench-top electric griddle (fry top) from the Queen 7 range with a smooth mild steel cooking plate. Mild steel is the classic, hard-wearing griddle surface for burgers, steaks and breakfasts.

- Cooking plate: smooth mild steel
- 1 heating zone
- Thermostat temperature control
- 15mm thick cooking plate, not welded, so it can be serviced or replaced on site
- Drainage channel around the plate, sloped to a large front grease drawer
- High-power heating elements
- Supplied with rear splashguard and scraper
- IPX5 water-jet rated knobs
- AISI 304 stainless steel construction
- Part of the Baron Queen 7 (700mm deep) modular cooking line, so it lines up flush with other Queen 7 units
