The BT-GRP6-CBR6BM is a 1200mm wide bench mounted grill line, with a 600mm grill plate and a 600mm char broiler and no open burners. It suits a burger bar or steakhouse that cooks on the plate and the grates rather than in pots. Every other bench mounted combination top in this range includes open burners, so this is the one to choose if you already have burners elsewhere.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 1200 x 840 x 425 mm unit.
• Options: B+S also offers a 600mm chrome plated grill plate. Ask us for a price.

Common questions:

Can I add pilots to this model?
There is no pilot option because there are no open burners. Piezo ignition lights the pilots for both the plate and the char broiler.

How is the gas split between the two sections?
On natural gas, the two grill plate burners account for 44 MJ/h and the two char broiler burners for 68 MJ/h.

Could I buy the two sections separately instead?
Yes, the GRP-6BM and CBR-6BM are separate bench mounted units. The GRP-6BM is 425 mm high and the CBR-6BM is 525 mm, so they will not sit level the way this single top does, and you would need two gas connections.
