B+S Black CBR-3 - 300mm Gas Char Broiler on Stand
The CBR-3 is a 300mm wide gas char broiler on a stainless steel stand with an undershelf. One 34 MJ stainless steel U-burner heats cast iron J-grates through a radiant hood, which suits a cafe or small kitchen wanting a compact grilling station for steaks and burgers. It is the smallest of four stand sizes: the CBR-6, CBR-9 and CBR-12 add one burner for every extra 300mm, and the CBR-3BM has no stand.

- Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 300 x 840 x 1030 mm unit.

Common questions:
What are the reversible J-grates for?
Turn them one way for an inclined cooking surface and the other way for a flat one. Channels in the grates direct fat to the spillage tray at the front.
How is the burner lit?
Piezo ignition lights the pilot, and the pilot lights the char broiler burner.
Is one 300mm section enough?
It has a single burner, so it works best as a small add-on beside other equipment. If grilling is a main part of your menu, compare it with the two burner CBR-6.
