The BT-SB2 is a 300mm wide gas boiling top with two 31 MJ open burners on a stainless steel stand with an undershelf. It suits a cafe or takeaway that needs a couple of pots going beside a fryer or grill. It is the narrowest of the four stand sizes: the BT-SB4, BT-SB6 and BT-SB8 use the same burner and add more of them, while the BT-SB2BM is the same top without the stand.

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 300 x 840 x 1030 mm unit.
• Options: B+S also offers a pilot light per burner, non-swivel rear castors (set of two) and a 300 x 50 mm plinth kit. Ask us for a price.

The BT-SB2 has 31 MJ Italian made burners and vitreous enamelled trivets, with a 24-month warranty. The K+ KBT-SB2 has 30 MJ burners and cast iron trivets, with an 18-month warranty.

Will it line up with a grill or char broiler beside it?

Does it have a pilot light?
Not as standard. A pilot is an optional extra priced per burner, so on this model you would be pricing two.
