The Baron Q90FT/E1200 is a 1200mm heavy-duty bench-top electric griddle (fry top) from the 900mm-deep Queen 9 range with a smooth mild steel cooking plate. Mild steel is the classic, hard-wearing griddle surface for burgers, steaks and breakfasts.

• Cooking plate: smooth mild steel
• 3 independently controlled heating zones
• High-power Incoloy armoured heating elements
• Thermostatic temperature control from 110 to 280°C, plus safety thermostat
• Plate set 40mm below the worktop and tilted 10mm to the front so fat drains away
• Wide drainage channel around the plate, sloped to a large front grease drawer
• Supplied with rear splashguard and scraper
• IPX5 water-jet rated knobs, safe to wash down
• AISI 304 stainless steel construction with Scotch-Brite finish
• Part of the Baron Queen 9 (900mm deep) heavy-duty modular cooking line, so it lines up flush with other Queen 9 units
• Optional, sold separately: Queen 9 floor stand or open cabinet, rear splashback, cleaning drawer kit
