The Baron Q90SFT/E605 is a 600mm heavy-duty bench-top electric griddle (fry top) from the 900mm-deep Queen 9 range with a smooth chrome cooking plate. The chrome surface holds heat evenly, does not transfer flavours between foods and is quick to clean between dishes.

• 1 independently controlled heating zone
• High-power Incoloy armoured heating elements
• Thermostatic temperature control from 110 to 280°C, plus safety thermostat
• 15mm thick cooking plate, not welded, so it can be serviced or replaced on site
• Wide drainage channel around the plate, sloped to a large front grease drawer
• Supplied with rear splashguard and scraper
• IPX5 water-jet rated knobs, safe to wash down
• AISI 304 stainless steel construction with Scotch-Brite finish
• Part of the Baron Queen 9 (900mm deep) heavy-duty modular cooking line, so it lines up flush with other Queen 9 units
• Optional, sold separately: Queen 9 floor stand or open cabinet, rear splashback, cleaning drawer kit
