The Bezzera Eagle is a showpiece for the front counter: a faithful replica of a Belle Epoque espresso machine, with a body handmade from first-choice materials and finished in gold brass. Behind the classic looks is a modern 2 group volumetric machine with electronic dosing, an 11 litre boiler and strong steam that froths up to 3 litres of milk with a 20 second recovery. It suits cafes, hotels and restaurants that want the machine itself to be part of the fit-out, and stands 1100mm tall, far taller than the Moda, Otto and Victoria.
