The Bezzera Victoria PID is a multi-boiler espresso machine for specialty cafes and busy coffee venues that want precise control and a machine that looks the part. Each group has its own independent boiler with PID temperature control, a dedicated copper service boiler handles steam and hot water, and a TFT display sets temperature, doses and extraction times. Leather, wood and mesh inserts give it a striking front-of-house look, in black, white or green; the Victoria PID 3G adds a third group.
