Bonvue FED SF850V - 1500mm 3+1 Tier Square Glass Cake Display
The Bonvue SF850V is a 1500mm square glass cake display that gives a bakery, patisserie or busy cafe 930 litres of gross volume and 3.46 m² of display area. Four tiers (three adjustable tempered glass shelves plus the base) sit behind heated ITO glass with a clear 360° view, and fan-forced cooling with auto defrost keeps the cabinet at +2°C to +8°C. It holds 190 litres more than the 1200mm SF840V, and the SF860V goes larger again.
