For a cafe or bakery that wants a statement cake cabinet without going to the very large sizes, the Bonvue SF840V offers 740 litres of gross volume and 2.9 m² of display area in a 1200mm footprint. Its 3+1 tier layout (three adjustable tempered glass shelves plus the base) sits behind heated ITO glass for a fog-free 360° view, and fan-forced cooling holds +2°C to +8°C. It sits between the 900mm SF830V and the 1500mm SF850V, and has a matching heated model, the H-SF840V.
