Bonvue FED H-SF840V - 1200mm 3+1 Tier Heated Food Display
The largest of the H-SF heated cabinets, the Bonvue H-SF840V gives a bakery, cafe or takeaway 1200mm of hot display and 740 litres net capacity. Food sits on three adjustable tempered glass shelves and a stainless steel base, lit by warm yellow lights and visible through double-layer glass on all four sides. Fan-forced element heating keeps every level between +30°C and +85°C. For a narrower counter, the H-SF830V is 900mm and the H-SF820V is 600mm.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: packed, it is 1250mm long, 790mm deep and 1500mm high, and the cabinet weighs 200 kg. Measure doorways and plan enough people to move it. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
- Hot holding: FED built it to hold food warm, so it should be loaded with food that is already cooked and hot.
- Power: plugs into a standard 10 A power point. FED rates it at 1314W.
- Placement: allow room behind it for staff to open the rear doors.
