Bakeries and cafes that want hot savouries to look as good as their cakes will like the Bonvue H-SF830V. This 900mm cabinet has double-layer tempered glass on all four sides, three adjustable glass shelves above a stainless steel base, and warm yellow lighting that gives every level a fresh-from-the-oven look. Fan-forced element heating holds +30°C to +85°C, with 560 litres net capacity. It sits between the 600mm H-SF820V and the 1200mm H-SF840V, and matches the chilled SF830V in size.
