The Bonvue H-SF820V brings the look of a glass cake cabinet to hot food. At just 600mm wide, it shows pastries, pies and baked goods on three adjustable tempered glass shelves plus a stainless steel base, with double-layer glass on all four sides and warm yellow lighting on every level. Fan-forced element heating holds +30°C to +85°C evenly across the tiers. It is the narrowest of the three H-SF models and shares its size with the chilled SF820V, so the two can stand side by side.
