B+S Black BT-SB6 - 900mm 6 Burner Gas Boiling Top on Stand
The BT-SB6 is a 900mm wide gas boiling top with six 31 MJ open burners on a stainless steel stand with an undershelf. It suits restaurant, hotel and institutional kitchens that keep several pots and pans going at once. It sits between the four burner BT-SB4 and the eight burner BT-SB8, and if you already have a bench the BT-SB6BM offers the same top without the stand.

- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
- Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
- Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 900 x 840 x 1030 mm unit.

Are all six burners the same size?
Yes, each one is rated at 31 MJ, so there is no dedicated large or small ring. Each has its own multi-setting valve to turn it down for smaller pans.
Would a burner and grill combination suit me better?
If you would use a flat plate more than the last two burners, the BT-SB4-GRP3 fits the same 900mm width with four burners and a 300mm grill plate.
B+S Black or K+?
The BT-SB6 has 31 MJ Italian made burners and vitreous enamelled trivets, with a 24-month warranty. The K+ KBT-SB6 has 30 MJ burners and cast iron trivets, with an 18-month warranty.
