The K+ CSPK-1 is a low, standalone gas stock pot cooker for restaurants and commercial kitchens that simmer stocks, broths and curries in large pots. Its 92 MJ/h 18 jet duckbill burner sits under a cast iron ring only 590 mm off the ground at the trivet, so a heavy pot stays at a manageable height. It is much smaller and simpler than the UFWWSPK-1, which is a full 1300 mm high waterless unit with water and waste connections.

Common questions:
Does it need a water connection or a power point?
No. It has a gas connection only, so it can sit anywhere a gas line and canopy can reach. Water for the pot is up to you to bring across.
Low standalone or a taller stock pot cooker?
This one stands 535 mm to the hob and needs gas only. The K+ UFWWSPK-1 is 1300 mm high and rated higher at 126 MJ/h on natural gas, with a laundry arm, but it also needs a water inlet and a waste.
Do I need to buy a gas regulator?
No. A regulator is supplied within the unit, and your gas fitter connects it through the 3/4 inch BSP male fitting.
