B+S Black UFWWSPD-1 - 600mm Waterless Gas Stock Pot Cooker
The B+S Black UFWWSPD-1 is a floor standing single hole stock pot cooker for kitchens that run large pots of stock, soup or broth. An 18 jet duck bill burner sits under a 340 mm long skirt ring, and the waterless deck needs no cooling water. It has the same 600 x 840 x 1300 mm footprint as the UFWWD-1 wok table, so the two can sit together in a line.

- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
- Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. The water and waste connections also need a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
- Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 600 x 840 x 1300 mm unit.

Common questions:
If it is waterless, why does it need water?
Waterless means the deck needs no water cooling. The water inlet supplies the manual laundry arm, and the waste connection takes what runs into the front gutter.
Does it come with a stock pot?
No, the pot is separate. B+S offers a 170 L stock pot with release valve as an extra.
Tall waterless cooker or the low CSPK-1?
This one stands 1300 mm high with a laundry arm, is rated 126 MJ/h on natural gas and needs water and a waste. The K+ CSPK-1 stands 535 mm to the hob, is rated 92 MJ/h on natural gas and needs gas only.
