Fagor C-E920 - Kore 900 Series 400mm 2 Plate Electric Cooktop
The Fagor C-E920 is a 400mm bench-top electric cooktop for the heavy-duty Kore 900 line, with two large 300 x 300mm square cast iron plates at 4 kW each. It suits hotel and restaurant kitchens that need extra boiling or simmering capacity next to their other 900 Series equipment. Compared with the round 2.6 kW plates on the Kore 700 C-E720, these square plates are bigger and more powerful, and an interior fan keeps the components cool through long services.
