The Fagor C-G720H is a 2 burner bench-top gas cooktop from the Kore 700 Series, 400mm wide and 730mm deep so it lines up with the rest of the Kore 700 cooking line. It has a pressed AISI-304 stainless steel top, heavy cast iron pan supports and high-powered double crown burners, and is supplied for natural gas with LPG available on request (LPG model C-G720HLPG).

Features and specifications:

• High-powered double crown burners – High-powered 28.8 MJ double crown burners and diffusers made of nickel-plated cast iron guarantee an even distribution of heat from the flame to the base of the pan
• Cast iron grates for real pans – The grates are made of RAAF enamelled cast iron (resistant to alkaline and acid products, fire and high temperatures). 397 × 580 mm double grates (397 × 290 mm for each burner) enable the use of large pots and pans
• Small pans stay put – The reduced distance of 75 mm between the central bars makes it possible to use pots with a very small diameter (8 cm), avoiding the risk of smaller pans tipping over
• Pilot and flame safety – Low-consumption pilot light and thermocouple located within the body of the burner for greater protection
• Easy to service – Flexible stainless-steel gas pipes facilitate internal manipulations in order to make repairs easier. Access to components from the front
• Protected controls – Controls with a protective support base and system to prevent water infiltration. Burners are easy to position
