Fagor F-G7215 - Kore 700 Series Gas Deep Fryer 2 x 15L

Fagor F-G7215 - Kore 700 Series Gas Deep Fryer 2 x 15L

For gas kitchens that fry in volume, the Fagor F-G7215 puts two separate 15 litre wells into one 800mm Kore 700 unit, rated at 108 MJ/h in total. Keeping two oils lets you separate chips from seafood or crumbed items, and each well has its own lid and large basket. It is the double version of the F-G7115 and the gas twin of the electric F-E7215, available for Natural Gas or LPG at the same price.

Key features:

• Two 15 litre wells, each with its own control knob
• Three longitudinal heat-transfer tubes in each well, with high-efficiency gas burners
• Thermostatic control from 60°C to 200°C, plus a safety thermostat
• Cold zone in each well to help the oil last longer
• Robust mechanical ball valve on each well for draining oil
• Individual lids and 2 large baskets included (250 x 280 x 100 mm)
• 1.5mm AISI-304 stainless steel top with laser-cut joints and hidden screws
