The Fagor B-G7101 is an 800mm Kore 700 gas chargrill with a 688 x 515 mm grill area, for pubs, steakhouses and restaurants doing serious volume on the grill. Although its name says bench top, FED lists it as a floor model, standing 850mm high on its own base. Two groups of high-efficiency tube burners, each with its own control, heat reversible grill sections to around 400°C. It doubles the grill area of the 400mm B-G7051, and is available for Natural Gas or LPG at the same price.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order (same price), and make sure it matches your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Ventilation: chargrilling makes plenty of smoke and grease vapour, so plan for a suitable exhaust canopy.
• Height: it stands 850mm high, the same as other freestanding Kore 700 units, so it doesn't need a separate stand.

FED lists the B-G7101 as a floor model, 800 x 730 x 850 mm, so it stands on the floor like other freestanding Kore 700 units.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter in your area.
