The Fagor B-G9101 is a full-module 800mm gas chargrill from the Kore 900 Series, with two independently controlled burner groups rated at 79.2 MJ/h in total. Reversible cast iron grills reach around 400°C, so it handles steaks, burgers and skewers in volume for steakhouses, pubs and hotels. It is twice the width of the B-G9051 and sits on the same 930mm deep chassis as the rest of the Kore 900 line. Available for Natural Gas or LPG at the same price.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order (same price), and make sure it matches your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Power: it also needs a 240V, 10 A power supply.
• Ventilation: chargrilling makes plenty of smoke and grease vapour, so plan for a suitable exhaust canopy.
• Access: it arrives packed at 840mm wide, 1255mm tall and 95 kg, by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
