The Fagor B-G9051 is a 400mm freestanding gas chargrill on the heavy-duty Kore 900 chassis, rated at 39.6 MJ/h. Reversible cast iron grills reach around 400°C, and the grease tray holds up to 12 litres, which suits steakhouses, pubs and hotel kitchens grilling through long services. It lines up with other 930mm deep Kore 900 equipment; the B-G9101 is the 800mm version with two burner groups. Available for Natural Gas or LPG at the same price.

• Reversible cast iron grills in 170mm sections that lift out without tools: ridged for meat, flat for fish and vegetables

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order (same price), and make sure it matches your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Power: it also needs a 240V, 10 A power supply.
• Ventilation: chargrilling makes plenty of smoke and grease vapour, so plan for a suitable exhaust canopy.
