The Fagor W-I705 brings induction wok cooking to the Kore 700 line in a 400mm half module, a clean, flame-free option for Asian kitchens, hotel lines and venues moving away from gas. It draws 5.5 kW on 415V three-phase power, with a 10-level energy regulator, pan detection and overheating protection. It shares the 730mm depth and 290mm height of the C-I725 and C-I745 induction cooktops, so they line up neatly side by side.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: it is hard-wired to 415V three-phase power and must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Cookware: it only heats when it detects a suitable pan, so use a wok made for induction cooking.
• Bench or stand: this is a bench-top module. The Fagor MB-705 open stand suits 400mm Kore 700 units.
