The B+S Black CCF-HP1+1L is the left hand version of the 1200 mm Hi Pac wok with pot and prep table. It has one 335 mm ring, a 12 L warming pot at the left rear and a side prep table, for high output kitchens that want all three in one unit. Pick this or the CCF-HP1+1R by where the pot suits your line, or the 800 mm CCF-HP1 if you only need the wok.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. The water and waste connections also need a licensed plumber. You will need a 10A 240V power point too, for its 1.2 m plug. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 1200 x 950 x 1300 mm unit.
• Options: B+S also offers left and right side wings, a joining strip, a knee valve and a wok holder. Ask us for a price.

Common questions:

How much more room does it take than the CCF-HP1?
Another 400 mm of width, at 1200 mm against 800 mm, with the same 950 mm depth and 1300 mm height. Natural gas is the same 135 MJ/h, while LPG is 140 MJ/h here against 165 MJ/h.

Can it join up to other equipment in my line?
B+S offers a Hi Pac joining strip for that, plus left and right side wings. It stands 1300 mm high and 950 mm deep, so check it against whatever sits beside it.

Why does it need a power point?
It has an air forced burner and automatic ignition, so as well as gas it needs a 10A 240V supply, through a 1.2 m plug. Have a power point within reach.
