The B+S Black CCF-HP1S is the Hi Pac wok built to the B+S Black range profile, for kitchens that want a high output wok in line with their ovens and boiling tops. At 840 mm deep and 1030 mm high it sits level with those units, while the CCF-HP1 is 950 mm deep and 1300 mm high. The ring, burner and gas rating are the same.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. The water and waste connections also need a licensed plumber. You will need a 10A 240V power point too, for its 1.2 m plug. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for an 800 x 840 x 1030 mm unit.
• Options: B+S also offers left and right side wings, a joining strip, a knee valve and a wok holder, plus an 800 x 50 mm plinth kit, which only this Hi Pac can take. Ask us for a price.

Common questions:

Is the gas rating the same on natural gas and LPG?
No. It is 135 MJ/h on natural gas and 165 MJ/h on LPG, so your gas fitter should size the supply to the figure for your gas type.

Should I choose this or the CCF-HP1?
Choose this one if the wok sits in a line of 1030 mm high equipment. The CCF-HP1 suits a position of its own, where the extra height and depth are not a problem.

If it is waterless, why does it have a water line?
Waterless means the deck needs no cooling water, which cuts water use. It still has a 1/2 inch copper water inlet and a waste, along with a laundry arm and spindle.
