FED-X XGNS450S - One Door Salad Prep Fridge 1 x GN 1/1 435mm
Only 435mm wide, the FED-X XGNS450S squeezes a refrigerated pan well into gaps where a full saladette won't fit, such as the end of a coffee bench or a small takeaway counter. The lidded well on top takes 1 x GN 1/1 pan, and the single-door cabinet below holds 109 litres gross (90 litres net). Fan-assisted cooling holds +2°C to +8°C and FED rates it for rooms up to 38°C. It is the smallest saladette in the FED-X range.

Good to know before you buy:
- Pans and covers: FED says pans and pan covers must be used to keep the correct operating temperature. Pans are not included.
- Power: draws 120W from a standard 10 A power point.
- Airflow: keep the vents clear and leave a little space around it, especially in a warm kitchen.
