The FED-X XGNS900S is a 903mm wide, 700mm deep salad prep fridge that takes a mix of GN 1/1, 1/3 and 1/6 pans on top (pans and lids not included), with 240 litres of refrigerated storage underneath. It has an integrated cutting board in front of the pan well, a Dixell digital controller and replaceable magnetic door seals, and holds +2°C to +8°C in kitchens up to 32°C. Compact and built in stainless steel inside and out, it suits cafés, sandwich bars and small kitchens and can be placed against a wall.
