The FED-X XS900GC is a 900mm wide, 700mm deep salad prep fridge that takes a range of GN pan sizes on top (pans and lids not included), with 240 litres of refrigerated storage underneath. It has a glass canopy with an ambient middle shelf over the open pan well, an integrated polyethylene cutting board, a Dixell digital controller and replaceable magnetic door seals, and holds +2°C to +8°C in kitchens up to 38°C. Compact and built in stainless steel inside and out, it suits cafés, sandwich bars and small kitchens and can be placed against a wall.
