The FED-X XVRX1500/380 is a 1500mm long refrigerated countertop salad bar that holds 6 x GN 1/3 pans up to 150mm deep in angled positions (pans not included), with a toughened flat glass canopy. Static cooling with a Dixell digital controller holds +2°C to +8°C, and at 395mm deep it sits on an existing bench or on top of an FED-X prep counter, running from a standard 10A plug.
