Built for a busy pizza line, the Glacian HPB1815 gives you a long refrigerated topping well for 9 x 1/3 GN pans, a nylon cutting board for building pizzas, and two self-closing doors over 416 litres of storage. It is made from 304 stainless steel, runs on natural R290 refrigerant and is rated for kitchens up to 43°C. If you would rather pull out drawers than open doors, the HPB1815DD is the same size with drawers underneath.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: the packed unit is 1870mm long, 900mm deep and 1180mm high. It comes by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking. Check doorways and corners.
• Power: runs on 240V power, rated at 0.45 kW.
• What's not included: the 1/3 GN pans are sold separately. Spacer bars for smaller pans are included.
• Airflow: keep the front vents clear and clean the condenser filter often, especially in a hot pizza kitchen.

Common questions:

How deep is it with the cutting board?
The cabinet is 760mm deep. The nylon cutting board brings the overall depth to 830mm.

Can I use smaller pans in the well?
Yes. It is set up for 1/3 GN pans and comes with spacer bars so you can use 1/6 and 1/9 pans as well.

Does it come with legs?
It is supplied on 150mm castors. Feet are an option. Ask us if you would prefer them.
