The ICS Pacific Novara Echo 150R is the showpiece version of the Novara: internal one-way mirrors and five LED lights create an 'infinite' reflection that makes a cake or dessert display look fuller and brighter. It has triple-pane glass, large rear sliding doors for staff and fan-assisted cooling holding 2°C to 10°C. At 1500mm wide it holds 510 litres on four lockable castors, freestanding or built in. Choose black or stainless steel base panels.
