If your cake cabinet is the centrepiece of the shop, the ICS Pacific Novara Echo 120R is designed to put on a show. One-way mirrors inside the cabinet and five high-intensity LED lights create an infinite reflection of every cake, tart and dessert, across 410 litres of chilled display. It is 1200mm wide, holds an adjustable 2°C to 10°C, and has the best energy rating in the Novara family at 9 stars.
