The ICS Pacific Novara 120A gives bakeries, cafes and delis 410 litres of glass-fronted display for products sold at room temperature, such as bread, croissants, cookies and wrapped snacks. It has no refrigeration, but it keeps the Novara look: triple-pane glass, LED lighting on every shelf and big rear sliding doors for staff. At 1200mm wide it is the middle size of the range, and it matches the refrigerated Novara 120R if you want chilled and ambient display side by side.

Good to know before you buy:

• Ambient only: the 120A does not chill. Food that must be kept below 5°C needs a refrigerated cabinet such as the Novara 120R.
• Access: at 1200mm wide and 1270mm tall, measure doorways, hallways and the path to your counter first. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include carrying it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
• Base panels: pick black or stainless steel when you order.
• Power: ICS Pacific doesn't publish the electrical rating for this model. Ask us if you need it confirmed.
