With 410 litres of chilled display across a 1200mm front, the ICS Pacific Novara 120R suits busy cafes, cake shops and catering counters that need room for whole cakes, tarts and grab-and-go food. Its triple-pane glass stops condensation, LED lighting runs along each shelf, and staff reach in through large rear sliding doors. It is the mid-size model between the Novara 90R and 150R, holds an adjustable 2°C to 10°C, and rolls on four lockable castors.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: at 1200mm wide and 155 kg, measure your doorways and plan for several helpers. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
• Airflow: keep at least 10cm clear behind the cabinet and clean the condenser from time to time.
• Room conditions: rated for rooms up to 32°C and 60% humidity.

It's a style choice. Black suits darker shopfits, and stainless steel suits a brighter, commercial look. Both are the same price.
