The Mecnosud SMM3344 is a two speed spiral mixer that runs on single-phase power, for up to 44kg of dough (30kg of flour) in a fixed 50 litre bowl. Made in Italy, it has a digital screen with an automatic timer and a stainless steel bowl, hook and shaft.
