At 1800mm long, the Modular Systems 1800-6-WBB gives a cafe or takeaway a proper main prep line against a wall, with a 100mm splashback to keep the wall behind it clean. It comes from FED's economic range: a 1.2mm 304 grade stainless steel top on height-adjustable galvanised steel legs, with a galvanised undershelf and a 320kg load rating. The 600mm depth suits narrower kitchens; if you have the room, the 700mm-deep 1800-7-WBB gives you a deeper work surface.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: it comes flat-packed in a carton about 1820 x 620 x 130 mm, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery does not include carrying it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so check your doorways, corridors and any tight corners.

What is the difference between the WB and WBB benches?
WBB benches have a 100mm splashback along the back edge, so they suit a bench pushed against a wall. The 1800-6-WB is the same bench without the splashback.

How much weight can the top take?
FED rates the 1800mm economic bench at 320kg. Spread heavy items across the top rather than loading one corner.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. There is no gas, power or water to connect; you assemble the flat-packed bench yourself.
