If you want one generous bowl and plenty of bench, the 1800-7-SSBC centres a single 600 x 400 mm bowl on an 1800 x 700mm top. That leaves room either side to prep, stack and drain, which suits a prep kitchen or a wash-down area for bulky trays and containers. It is an Economic range bench with a 1.2mm 304-grade stainless steel top, a 250 mm deep bowl and a galvanised undershelf.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: it comes flat-packed in a carton about 1870 mm long, 780 mm wide and 480 mm high. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises and does not include carrying it inside or unpacking, so plan to move it in and assemble it on site. Check doorways and tight corners on the way in.
- Water / drain: the bowl must be connected to water and drainage by a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
- What's included: taps are not included, so allow for tapware to suit.

Why choose a centre bowl?
With the bowl in the middle you get bench space on both sides, so dirty items can land on one side and clean items on the other. It also works well where the plumbing point is in the middle of the wall.
How big is the bowl?
The bowl is 600 x 400 mm and 250 mm deep. For deeper bowls, the Premium benches have 300 mm deep bowls, and the Modular Systems 770-6-SSB pot sink has a 450 mm deep bowl.
Does it arrive assembled?
No. The 1800-7-SSBC is flat-packed for self-assembly. The carton is about 1870 mm long, 780 mm wide and 480 mm high.
