Modular Systems SSB6-1500C/A - Premium Stainless Steel Single Sink Bench, Centre Bowl, 1500 x 600mm
The SSB6-1500C/A centres one 400 x 400 mm bowl on a 1500 x 600mm bench, so you have usable bench on both sides: prep on one, rinse in the middle, set down on the other. It suits a prep kitchen or bar that needs a single sink with more working space than the 1200mm model. It is all stainless steel, with a 300 mm deep welded bowl, a 150 mm splashback and a pot undershelf.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: it comes flat-packed in a carton about 1570 mm long, 670 mm wide and 530 mm high (the bench itself weighs 36.7 kg). Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises and does not include carrying it inside or unpacking, so plan to move it in and assemble it on site. Check doorways and tight corners on the way in.
- Water / drain: the bowl must be connected to water and drainage by a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
- Undershelf or leg brace: the tubular pot undershelf is standard. A leg brace can be supplied instead at no extra cost if it is requested on the order, so tell us when you order.
- What's included: an instruction manual and tools come with the bench. Taps are not included.

Common questions:
Should I get a double bowl instead?
If you wash up by hand and want separate wash and rinse bowls, yes. The Modular Systems DSB6-1500C/A is the double-bowl version at the same size. If one bowl is enough for rinsing and prep, the SSB6-1500C/A gives you more bench space.
Can I have it without the pot undershelf?
Yes. A leg brace can be supplied instead of the pot undershelf at no extra cost, but it has to be requested on the order. Contact us when you order the SSB6-1500C/A if you want the leg brace.
How is it different from the Economic sink benches?
The SSB6-1500C/A is stainless steel all the way down, with stainless legs, a tubular stainless pot undershelf, a fully welded 300 mm deep bowl and a 150 mm splashback. The Economic benches have galvanised legs and undershelf, 250 mm deep bowls and a 100mm splashback. The closest Economic model is the Modular Systems 1500-6-SSBC.
