The SWCB-7-1200L is a stainless steel waste collector bench: a 1200mm by 700mm top with a waste hole cut into it, so scraps can be scraped straight through into a bin below instead of being carried across the kitchen. It suits a dish-up or scraping area next to a dishwasher bench or sink, with a 100mm splashback to protect the wall. This is the left-hand version, with the hole on the left.
