Clearing tables is quicker and tidier with the YC-102D, a two tier stainless steel trolley whose shelves are deep clearing basins rather than flat trays. The deep basins help keep scraps and cutlery contained while you wheel dirty plates back to the dish area. It has the same 855 x 535mm footprint as the flat-shelf YC-102, with four castors, two braked.
