Moduline RRO 101E - 10 x 1/1 GN Static Regeneration Oven
The Moduline RRO 101E reheats pre-cooked chilled (+3°C) and frozen (-18°C) food back to serving temperature, taking 10 x 1/1 GN or 600 x 400 trays, or up to 20 plates. Fan-assisted heating with automatic fan reversal, a humidity vent and a direct water connection keep food moist, all set from a 4.3 inch touch screen with 9 programs. It shares the 800mm width of the RRO 061E but is taller at 1186mm, making it a good middle size for aged care, hospitals, clubs and cook-chill kitchens.

Common questions:
Can I use bakery-size trays?
Yes. It comes with GN 1/1 tray racks, and optional 600 x 400 side racks let it take 10 bakery-size trays instead.
Does it come with a core probe?
No, a single-point or multipoint core probe is an option, along with a USB port for HACCP data. Ask us for prices.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician (three-phase) and a licensed plumber (water and drain) in your area.
