The Polaris R140TNN is a two-door upright fridge from the Rocket range with 1298 litres of 2/1 GN storage at -2°C to +8°C. It is built for restaurants, hotels, clubs and catering kitchens that need a lot of chilled space in one 1400 mm wide footprint. Each door opens onto its own compartment, cooled by indirect fan-forced air through full-height ducting, and Polaris rates it for room temperatures up to 43°C. It is double the width of the single-door R70TNN, and the R140BT is the freezer version.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: the cabinet is 1400 mm wide and 2080 mm tall. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorways and ceiling height along the route.
• Door clearance: allow about 1472 mm of depth with the doors open.
• Power: runs on standard single-phase 240V power, 0.262 kW.
• Airflow: leave space around and above the cabinet so the refrigeration unit can breathe.
