The Polaris R70TNN is a single-door stainless steel upright fridge from the Rocket range, holding 562 litres at -2°C to +8°C. It takes 2/1 GN shelves and pans, so restaurants, hotels and caterers can store full-size trays straight from prep. Indirect, fan-forced airflow through a full-height duct keeps every shelf at an even temperature, and Polaris rates it for kitchens up to 43°C. Its EU energy class A rating uses 0.95 kWh a day. The R70BT is the freezer version, and the R140TNN doubles up to two doors.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: packed it is 2200 mm tall and 130 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check door heights and widths.
• Door clearance: with the door open the unit needs 1472 mm of depth, so allow space in front.
• Power: runs on standard single-phase 240V power, 0.22 kW.
• Airflow: leave space around and above the cabinet and keep the vents clear.
