The Polaris R70BT is the freezer in the Rocket single-door range: 562 litres at -15°C to -25°C in a 700 mm wide stainless steel cabinet that takes 2/1 GN. It suits restaurants, bakeries and caterers who need a solid upright freezer with even temperatures from top to bottom, thanks to indirect fan-forced airflow through a full-height duct. Good to know before you buy:

• Access: 2080 mm tall and 130 kg packed. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so measure doorways on the way in.
• Door clearance: the open door needs 1472 mm of depth in front of the cabinet line.
• Power: runs on standard single-phase 240V power, 0.297 kW.
• Airflow: keep the vents clear and leave space around the cabinet, especially in hot kitchens.
