Product details

RoboChef MSS2K - Cooking Robot, 2kg Automatic Stir-Fry, Induction

The RoboChef MSS2K is an automatic stir-fry cooking robot that cooks dishes of up to 2 kg, averaging about 3 minutes per dish. You load the ingredients, pick a recipe on the touchscreen, and it heats the uncoated alloy pot past 300°C in 26 seconds by induction, stirs with its cooking arm and adds sauces and ingredients on cue. The result is the same dish every time, whoever is on shift. It is the entry model in the RoboChef range; the MSS2KPRO adds a larger seasoning system, the MSS400PRO cooks four small dishes at once and the MSS7K handles 7 kg batches.

Key features:

  • 3D electromagnetic (induction) heating: pot above 300°C in 26 seconds
  • 11 power levels from 2,000 to 8,000 W
  • Cooking arm with 5 spinning speeds (10 to 30 rpm)
  • Pan fry, stir fry, deep fry, braise and boil modes with multi-sensor temperature control
  • Adds sauces and ingredients automatically during cooking; supplied with ingredient trays, containers and sauce nozzles
  • Pre-set menus plus customisable programming, with cloud management, Wi-Fi and ongoing updates
  • Touchscreen with voice notifications
  • Automatic cleaning programs, spray hose gun and residue collection tank; IPX5 waterproof body
