The RoboChef MSS7K is the large-batch cooking robot, with a 16 litre pot that cooks up to 7 kg at a time and up to 80 kg an hour. It heats the pot past 300°C in 10 seconds and doses sauces and seasonings to within 1 g, suiting canteens, hospitals, central kitchens and caterers.
