The KE-4V is Sammic's compact ULTRA cutter-emulsifier: a 4.4 litre bowl on a brushless motor with speed you can set from 300 to 3000 rpm. Sammic designed it for emulsions and texturising, so it suits restaurants, cafes, delis and catering kitchens that want consistent textures batch after batch. It shares its bowl and footprint with the single speed K-41, while the KE-5V and KE-8V move up to larger stainless steel bowls and a 1.5 kW motor.

Common questions:

Should I choose the KE-4V or the K-41?
If you mainly chop and mix, the single speed K-41 does the job. Choose the KE-4V for emulsions or when you need the same texture every time: the speed control and stored programs let any staff member repeat a recipe, and it is 2.5 kg lighter.

Can I add a vegetable slicer?
Yes. Sammic makes an optional vegetable preparation attachment for the K-41 and KE-4V that fits this motor block, turning it into a combination machine.

Is the bowl dishwasher safe?
Yes. The bowl is made of Tritan, a food grade recyclable co-polyester free of BPA and other bisphenols. It is highly resistant and dishwasher safe, and has an ergonomic handle.
