The Santos #67 I-Grind is an on-demand coffee grinder for specialty coffee, built around a brushless motor with a wide speed range, including slow grinding that helps preserve the aroma of the coffee. It suits specialty cafes and coffee bars. Like the #59 and #55BFK it grinds on demand into the portafilter, but the #67 adds a variable speed brushless motor, so motor speed becomes part of each saved recipe.

Common questions:

Can I save settings for different coffees?
Yes. Give each coffee you serve, such as a house blend and a single origin, its own memory space, then recall it from the LCD display with the turn and push button instead of re-adjusting the grinder.

Does it hold ground coffee?
No. There is no dispenser, so the beans are ground on demand straight into the portafilter and every dose is fresh.

How hard is it to clean?
Santos gives quick access to the grinding area in less than a minute, with easy access to the burrs and the clump crusher, and an anti-static tab. The dose settings stay in place while you clean.
