The Skipio SSR9-1 is a 900mm buffet-style salad prep table, with a pan well in the top for 6 x 1/3 GN pans and a single door fridge cabinet below. At 855mm high it matches standard underbench height, so it lines up with surrounding benches. It holds 0°C to +8°C and suits small cafes, sandwich counters and salad bars. Unlike the SHR9-1, it has no hood lid and takes larger 1/3 size pans.

Good to know before you buy:
- Not included: GN pans aren't supplied. You'll need 6 x 1/3 GN pans.
- Airflow: Skipio asks for at least 50mm from walls, as warm air exits at the back and side, with space on the left-hand side by the motor.
- Power: standard 10 A plug, straight into a wall outlet.
- Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
